Ryan Gooden

Founder/Owner &
Director of Operations

Ryan, also known as “O.G” (Original Guy…or Old Guy) is owner of PB&J Heating & Air and brings over 20+ years of HVAC experience to the team. He started PB&J with a simple goal: provide honest service, treat customers like family, and help people make informed decisions about their homes and businesses.

His team isn't just employees & customers. They're family. He works hard to create a company culture where everyone feels supported.

When he's not helping customers stay comfortable, he is spending time with his wife Barb, his kids and grandkids, golfing, riding motorcycles, “networking” (aka fishing) or cranking up some classic rock and roll in the shop. He is also knows as “Poppy”, snack provider, or toy fixer.

Since joining the PB&J Heating and Air team in October 2024, Lydia has become an integral part of the company's success. From managing daily office operations and supporting customers to overseeing marketing, business development, and HR, she wears many hats and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Lydia enjoys playing pickleball and serving in student ministries at her local church. Her favorite time spent is video calls with her 6 nieces, 2 nephews, 1 great nephew scattered across the country. She's a proud cat mom to Memphis and Nash. Whether she's enjoying a good margarita with friends on a patio by the fire or planning the next big project, Lydia brings energy, organization, and a passion for helping people to everything she does.

Peyton gooden

Office Manager & Scheduling

Peyton helps keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. From coordinating appointments and managing technician schedules to assisting customers and supporting the office team, she's often the friendly voice helping make sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. As the "P" in PB&J Heating and Air, she's been part of the family business from the very beginning.

When she's not keeping the schedule on track, you'll find Peyton spending time with her parents, playing volleyball, or relaxing in a hammock somewhere in the Colorado sunshine. She's also known for making more trips to Seven Brew than her dad Ryan (which is saying something). If she's got a large sweet tea in one hand and a bag of sunflower seeds in the other, it's probably a pretty good day.

As PB&J Heating and Air's Senior HVAC Technician and Trainer, Gary brings over 38 years of HVAC experience to both our customers and team. He helps train and mentor technicians while also working in the field performing inspections, troubleshooting systems, and tackling repairs to keep homes and businesses comfortable year-round.

Before HVAC, Gary spent time working in youth ministry but eventually decided it was time for a career where people actually listened to him. Thankfully for us, that led him into the HVAC industry.

When he's off the clock, you'll likely find Gary fishing, traveling with his wife to visit family, or enjoying the quiet mountain life in Divide, Colorado with their golden retriever.

Ryan Clarke

HVAC Technician

Ryan joined the PB&J Heating and Air team in June 2026 and quickly became part of the family. Coming from a hardworking family background, he knows the value of showing up, working hard, and taking care of people. Ryan helps keep homes comfortable by performing inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

When he's not working, you'll find Ryan serving at his local church, casting a line in the water, or finding a basketball court. Around the shop, he's affectionately known as "Ryan 2.0”. This nickname that helps distinguish him from the O.G. Ryan ("Original Guy"... or "Old Guy," depending on who you ask). Some people separate church, basketball, and fishing, but 2.0 somehow manages to tie all three together. After all, they all require patience, faith, and occasionally a miracle.

As the "J" in PB&J Heating and Air, Jordin helps support the team as a Seasonal HVAC Technician while working full-time at Pikes Peak Asphalt. He's been part of the family business from the very beginning and jumps in whenever the team needs an extra hand.

Jordin is married to his beautiful wife, Emma, and together they have two children, who are widely considered the favorites around the shop

Jordin enjoys basketball, motorcycles, hiking, volleyball, football, and the occasional snowboarding trip. He also enjoys date nights with Emma, giving Ryan and Barb quality time with their favorite little "employees." Around the family, he's best known for giving his dad a hard time about being a grandpa now.

Roberto Cabos

Lead HVAC Installer

As PB&J Heating and Air's Lead HVAC Installer, Roberto is responsible for installing heating and cooling systems, coordinating installations, and ensuring every job is completed with quality workmanship and attention to detail. From furnaces and air conditioners to complete system replacements, Roberto helps bring comfort to homes and businesses across Colorado Springs.

Around PB&J, he's known for doing the heavy lifting. If there's a furnace to move, an air conditioner to carry, or something too heavy for the rest of us, Roberto is usually the one getting it done. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to tackle whatever comes his way make him an invaluable part of the team.

When he's not on the job, Roberto enjoys spending time with his family, fishing and cooking.

Kyle clarkE

Lead Master Plumbing Technician

As PB&J Heating and Air's Lead Master Plumbing Technician, Kyle specializes in diagnosing plumbing issues, performing repairs, and helping customers find the best solutions for their homes and businesses. Whether it's a water heater replacement, fixture installation, or a challenging plumbing problem, Kyle is committed to getting the job done right.

When he's not on the job, Kyle enjoys tackling home improvement projects, spending time with family and friends, casting a line in the water, or finding a basketball court. Like his brother, Ryan 2.0, Kyle enjoys fishing and basketball, proving that some hobbies just run in the family. Kyle is also PB&J's resident chicken expert. A title he may or may not have given himself.

Greg helps customers with plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting. While we only get him part-time, we're grateful for every hour we can steal from his "real job" serving and protecting our community as a Sheriff.

Greg is the third Clarke brother on the team, joining Kyle and Ryan 2.0 in proving that hard work must run in the family. He recently married his beautiful wife, Allison, in October 2025 and enjoys spending time with family and friends whenever he's not working.

When he's off duty, you'll likely find Greg on a pickleball court, out on the water boating or jet skiing, or looking for another project to keep himself busy. Sitting still isn't one of his hobbies.

Aaron Burke

Handyman & Maintenance Services

Aaron helps keep things running smoothly for PB&J Heating and Air as one of our Maintenance Technicians. From remodel projects and property improvements to minor repairs and general maintenance, Aaron helps customers tackle the projects that keep their homes and properties in great shape. When he's not helping our customers, he's busy running his own business, Burke Handyman, alongside his wife, Kelsey.

Together, Aaron and Kelsey are raising two amazing kids and somehow also find time to own and operate The Peak School of Dance. A Colorado Springs native and self-proclaimed mountain man, Aaron loves escaping to the mountains whenever he can. Between family, multiple businesses, and the occasional mountain getaway, we're still not sure where he finds the time. We're glad he saves some of it for PB&J.

Josh helps support PB&J Heating and Air as a Maintenance Technician, assisting customers with everything from repairs and property improvements to general maintenance projects. When he's not helping our customers, he's running his own business, Howard's Handyman Services.

Josh and his wife, Shamree, stay busy raising their three kids and making memories together. In his free time, you'll find him mountain biking, watching movies, playing board games, or engaging in a highly competitive game of Dart Wars with his family.

Fun fact: Josh has hiked every 14er in Colorado, so if anyone on the team gets lost on a mountain, he's probably the one we're calling first.

Poppy Favorite Employees

Employee's of The Year (Every Year)

The youngest members of the PB&J family and the undisputed Employees of the Year. While they aren't quite old enough to answer phones, run service calls, or install furnaces, they do an excellent job supervising the entire company from the comfort of Grandma LaLa's lap.

As the up-and-coming CEOs of PB&J Heating and Air, they specialize in snack inspections, toy quality control, random dance parties, and making sure every Poppy & LaLa stay properly wrapped around their little fingers. Around the shop, they're widely known as the real bosses.

We're still trying to figure out how to add a W & E to PB&J without turning it into a sandwich that's impossible to pronounce.
